MACCLESFIELD COURIER AND HERALD

THE Opening of the NEW SCHOOL will take Place

(D.V) on Thursday, November 18th, 1858, when

there will be a Service in the Church at half-past Ten o'

clock, and a Sermon will be preached, By the Rev J.

THORNYCROFT M.A. Rural Dean,

and a Collection made towards the Building Fund.

Refreshments will be provided in the New School, under the

Presidency of the Earl of Harrington.

 

On Sunday, the 21st of November,

Two SERMONS will be preached, that in the Afternoon,

By the Rev. W.R.B. ARTHY B.D.,

Incumbent of St. Georges', Sutton,

and that in the evening,

By the Rev. JOHN HUGHES, B.A.,

Incumbent of Congleton.

After which, Collections will be made in behalf of the Funds of the School.
